FAQ
How do I book you?
HI! Thank you so much for choosing me! To book a session with me, submit a form in the Contact tab and I will get back to you! I will see if the date you requested is available. Then I will draft a contract and an invoice where there will be a 50% retainer fee for all my sessions upon booking which ensures your spot and date!
How many photos will I/we receive?
It depends on the length and type of the session you do, I like to overshoot to be sure I get that winning shot! But, I promise you will receive all the good edited images! You also have the option to purchase more images!
What is your delievery time?
Sneak peeks are not guaranteed. Images are available for download for 2 weeks after delivery. Events & weddings: Available for 3–6 weeks after the event. Please download your images promptly, as we do not guarantee archive storage beyond 12 months.
What kind of gear do you use?
I shoot with a Sony A7iii and an 24-70mm 1.4 lens & a 85mm
1.4 lens.
Do you give out raw/unedited images?
I do not! My final delivered product is a representation of my work and is part of my creative process! I promise you will receive all of the best images!
Would you travel?
YES! Omg, of course! Let's discuss the details, and it will be worth it! If you or the desired location is 15 miles within Los Banos, CA it'll be free of charge! If it's more, then travel fees may apply!
Terms and Conditions:
Agreement & Jurisdiction
By signing this agreement, the person(s) listed as "Client" agree to hire Iris Robert ("Photographer") to provide photography services for their session as outlined in this document. This is a binding contract that reflects the full understanding between both parties. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be valid.
Booking Process + Policies, Deposits & Payments
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. No booking is confirmed until both the signed contract and deposit are received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Payments can be made via Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle or cash or Tap to Pay (in person). You're always welcome to pay in full.
What You’re Paying For
By booking with Airisu Photography, you're investing in our professional experience, creative expertise, and a usage license for the final images. I retain all copyrights to our work.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your session for any reason, the deposit remains non-refundable. However, in case of emergencies, it may be transferred to a new date, depending on availability.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once at no additional charge, as long as you provide at least 2 days’ notice and the new date is within 30 days of your original session.
- Reschedules with less than 2 days' notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
- After one complimentary reschedule, a $80 rescheduling fee will apply to each additional change.
- A new contract may be required for significant changes in date or location.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
- Sessions begin and end at your booked time.
- Late arrival will reduce shooting time.
- Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Rush Delivery Option
Galleries are edited in the order sessions are completed, so your patience is greatly appreciated. If you need faster delivery, a next-day rush option is available for an additional fee of $100.
- Please inquire ahead of time so we can accommodate your request.
What To Wear:
Here are a few helpful tips when selecting outfits:
- Choose neutral or soft tones (cream, beige, white, tan, soft pastels).
- Avoid bold logos, graphics, and busy patterns.
- Coordinate colors rather than matching exactly.
- Layers and textures photograph beautifully.
- Bring an extra outfit if time allows.
If you’re unsure, feel free to send me outfit photos beforehand!
What To Bring:
- Any props you’d like included
- Touch-up makeup or hairbrush
- Water/snacks (especially for children)
- Comfortable shoes for walking between spots
Retouching
All packages include standard retouching (color correction, lighting adjustments, minor skin edits, etc.).
Advanced retouching (heavy acne, major hair edits, reshaping clothing, etc.) is available upon request and billed at $60/hour (½ hour minimum). What qualifies as advanced retouching is at the photographer’s discretion.
Minors & Youth Sessions
A parent or legal guardian must be present during all sessions involving minors (under 18). Parents are asked not to coach or direct during the session. If you'd like to take behind-the-scenes photos or videos, please ask first.
- Let kids be kids! I will guide them naturally.
- Avoid telling children to “smile” — I’ll take care of that.
- Bring snacks or small rewards if needed.
- Try to arrive calm and relaxed.
Travel Fees
Travel within 20 miles of Los Banos, CA is complimentary.
- A $1 per mile fee (round trip) applies for sessions outside of this radius.
Image Delivery & Archive
- Sneak Peeks: sneak peeks are not guaranteed.
- Portrait sessions: Images are available for download for 2 weeks after delivery.
- Events & weddings: Available for 3–6 weeks after the event.
Please download your images promptly, as we do not guarantee archive storage beyond 12 months.
Editing Policy (Business Days Only)
- Editing is done strictly on business days (Monday–Friday).
- No editing on weekends unless a rush or expedited service has been selected.
- Bookings, inquiries, and communication are always welcome any day of the week.
- Rush editing options are available upon request for faster turnaround. $100 Fee for Next Day Delivery
- I’m deeply committed to the quality of my work. Quality editing takes time, and I want to ensure each photo reflects both your story and the standard of work I stand by. Every final image is a representation of my brand and your special moments.
Copyright & Usage
The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. You receive a personal or professional use license (as specified in your package). The Photographer may use select images for marketing, portfolio, or publication purposes.
Sunday Booking Policy (Only if Requested for a Sunday)
Effective July 15, 2025, a $25 surcharge will be applied to all bookings scheduled on Sundays. Sundays are reserved as my dedicated day off for church, rest, and family time. This policy helps ensure I can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Thank you for your understanding and support.
