Agreement & Jurisdiction
By signing this agreement, the person(s) listed as "Client" agree to hire Iris Robert ("Photographer") to provide photography services for their session as outlined in this document. This is a binding contract that reflects the full understanding between both parties. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties to be valid.
Booking, Deposits & Payments
Deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. No booking is confirmed until both the signed contract and deposit are received.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Payments can be made via Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle or cash.
What You’re Paying For
By booking with Airisu Photography, you're investing in our professional experience, creative expertise, and a usage license for the final images. I retain all copyrights to our work.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your session for any reason, the deposit remains non-refundable. However, in case of emergencies, it may be transferred to a new date, depending on availability.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your session once at no additional charge, as long as you provide at least 2 days’ notice and the new date is within 30 days of your original session.
- Reschedules with less than 2 days' notice will result in a forfeited deposit.
- After one complimentary reschedule, a $80 rescheduling fee will apply to each additional change.
- A new contract may be required for significant changes in date or location.
Late Arrivals
Sessions begin at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end at the original end time.
- Clients arriving more than 25 minutes late will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Rush Delivery Option
Galleries are edited in the order sessions are completed, so your patience is greatly appreciated. If you need faster delivery, a next-day rush option is available for an additional fee. Please inquire ahead of time so we can accommodate your request.
Retouching
All packages include standard retouching (color correction, lighting adjustments, minor skin edits, etc.).
Advanced retouching (heavy acne, major hair edits, reshaping clothing, etc.) is available upon request and billed at $60/hour (½ hour minimum). What qualifies as advanced retouching is at the photographer’s discretion.
Minors & Youth Sessions
A parent or legal guardian must be present during all sessions involving minors (under 18). Parents are asked not to coach or direct during the session. If you'd like to take behind-the-scenes photos or videos, please ask first.
Travel Fees
Travel within 20 miles of Los Banos, CA is complimentary. A $1 per mile fee (round trip) applies for sessions outside of this radius.
Image Delivery & Archive
- Sneak Peeks: Are delivered within 24–72 business hours after your session.
- Portrait sessions: Images are available for download for 2 weeks after delivery.
- Events & weddings: Available for 3–6 weeks after the event.
Please download your images promptly, as we do not guarantee archive storage beyond 12 months.
Editing Policy (Business Days Only)
- Editing is done strictly on business days (Monday–Friday).
- No editing on weekends unless a rush or expedited service has been selected.
- Bookings, inquiries, and communication are always welcome any day of the week.
- Rush editing options are available upon request for faster turnaround.
- I’m deeply committed to the quality of my work. Quality editing takes time, and I want to ensure each photo reflects both your story and the standard of work I stand by. Every final image is a representation of my brand and your special moments.
Copyright & Usage
The Photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images. You receive a personal or professional use license (as specified in your package). The Photographer may use select images for marketing, portfolio, or publication purposes.
Sunday Booking Policy
Effective July 15, 2025, a $25 surcharge will be applied to all bookings scheduled on Sundays. Sundays are reserved as my dedicated day off for church, rest, and family time. This policy helps ensure I can maintain a healthy work-life balance. Thank you for your understanding and support.
